Sasha D6705
This Animal is PENDING ADOPTION.
Sasha and her 5 puppies were rescued from a shelter. She was neglected, thin, very scared, and protective of her puppies at the shelter. It took a week for her to feel safe and warm up to shelter staff to be handled and go out for walks. Sasha was nervous at our vet office.
Update: At her hero foster home, she has warmed up and now very friendly and happy. She is a great mom and all her pups are doing great. Sasha needs quiet routine home. A couple of times, about a year ago, if she is to stressed she has had short seizures. Saw vet and agreed since so rare, no need for meds. We give her CBD Hemp oil or treats, and fine.
Foster Home update: Sasha is now doing great, house-trained, friendly and lovable. With one on one attention and training, she is now very happy, loves her walks and social. Sasha also goes with her foster mom to visit a senior facility as her therapy dog. Everyone welcomes her visit and adores her. She is charming and a sweetie!
