Hi! I was rescued when I was a teenager and due to my medical condition, I am a sanctuary cat at my kind foster home. I can be a busy boy. Love to tackle your hand yet usually you don't get scratched, I may act rough but am really a gentleman. Like to take my toys into the bathtub and run around; will "help" with mopping, sweeping, making beds, and will want to help you brush your teeth. Love to cuddle under your chin while you watch TV. I am Adorable and charming and want to be your best friend forever. Great with other indoor cats.   Full of personality and life.  He loves to play with his toys in the bathtub, and play fetch (actually brings the toy back to me)!

Angelo had been to a specialist and got confirmation of a Progressive Restrictive Cardiomyopathy and mild non-progressive cardiomyopathy.  The vet could not give us any idea if and when his heart would start giving him difficulties. Vet did state that someday when it does act up there are meds that will help for awhile.  Angelo will live out his life in his loving FFR foster home. .

Update 1/4/25: Poor Cooper is having exploratory surgery for a obstruction in his intestine seen in his x-ray. Difficult surgery.  Surgery will cost us over $6,000  Need donations to help cover his surgery cost.

Update: 1/5/25 Cooper is home and resting. Successful surgery to remove a large piece of Silicon Can lid. No GI rupture. Beware to keep all silicon lids and bags away from your pets. It doesn't digest and can cause blockage like it to Cooper. Without exploratory surgery, he would have died. Some cats like the silicon lids and want to play with them. Do not allow this and put away, or better yet, don't use them. Same for ROPE toys.

Jack is Jill's 4.5-year-old brother (approx.)and they are a bonded pair. Jack is much more cautious than his sister and prefers to scope things out first before deciding to come out of his cozy hiding spots. Being near his sister keeps him calm and relaxed, and they often take naps cuddled up next to each other. Jack is a shy boy, but he opens up quickly. Once you earn his trust, he'll be jumping up on the couch to lay next to you and is the sweetest lap cat. Jack loves to perch next to a window for hours, looking out at the busy birds and neighbors. He'll be so happy just to have a nice view and a quiet place to take a nap. Though he sleeps a lot during the day, he still finds plenty of time to chase his sister around when he needs some exercise.

Jill is a 4.5-year-old domestic gray tabby with a dainty, round face and pointed ears. She's the queen of her castle and loves to be the first one in line for food and attention. Though she's happy to receive plenty of petting and affection, she also likes her space and prefers to watch everyone from her perch up on the cat tree. A tall lookout spot to hide or sleep is ideal for Jill. She also loves to groom her nails and scratching posts are a must in her domain. Playful and affectionate, she's the perfect companion if you want a friendly cat who loves to come out and say hello when you're nearby. She comes up to guests and greets them with hand sniffs. If you bring out a feather toy on a string she gets so excited and will show off her gymnastics tricks. Jill is brave and fearless; eager to explore her surroundings.

Noah was found in the streets by one of our foster homes. He was probably hit by a car and left to die on the streets. Noah was laying in the streets and injured for 2 days before our volunteer helped him. Our foster home took him in and rushed him to our vets. Poor Noah was skinny, sick with URI, broken pelvic and tail. Despite all his injuries and pain, he still purred when he was being handled. With vet care and TLC, he is now healthy, but will need his orthopedic hip & tail surgery soon. We need to raise funds for his surgeries which will cost over $3,000. Pixel (DOB 3/28/12) is about as big of a purr machine as his brother, Chip. He loves getting attention from people and being noticed. He and his brother, Chip, were found living in a company parking garage. Although well-fed and healthy, the one thing they lacked was human companionship and socialization. Now in their foster home, they're learning all about the benefits of lap-sitting, petting, laser light playing, and overall adoration from humans. Since they are bonded, it's best for them to be adopted together as a pair. Although still a bit skittish, they are well on their way in transition from two healthy feral kittens to two healthy, active, and friendly in-your-face kittens. They just need a little more patience and understanding to complete their journey. Chip and Pixel will be showcasing every Saturday and Sunday at the Fremont Petco from 1-4. Come meet them and give them the attention and little kitty massages they crave.
