Call for the name of a participating veterinarian in your area. They send you a voucher that is good for 60 days and you do the rest. The price is discounted, usually dependent on the animal's weight.

Animal Birth Control is a low-cost spay/neuter referral service working with several veterinarians in the South Bay. They raise money by holding garage sales with merchandise donated by people who believe in their cause.
