Please Read Before Submitting Your Dog FOSTER Application

The person filling out this application must be an adult (21 yrs+) and the primary owner or renter of your home.
Foster homes must be reasonably close to Fremont or Saratoga to attend showcases regularly.
Dates and times of dog adoption showcases may be found in the Showcase Locations page.
All family members must be present at the adoption showcase and/or the home visit in order to meet and confirm ready to foster.
Who will be responsible for walking the dog? If kids in your home: For dog safety, accidents and liabilities, only adult should walk a dog in public.
Renters must provide a "Written Letter of Approval" from the landlord allowing the pet.

You understand we look for matches based on the animal's activity level, training needs, care, personality and behavior traits/needs for their happiness. We get many applications/inquiries and we are all volunteers so cannot reply to everyone.
