George D4075
This Animal is PENDING ADOPTION.
George and Fred (Weasley twins from Harry Potter movies) were rescued from a crowded shelter. Both were badly neglected, had ear infections, and were matted with heavy dirt/fleas to their skin. Despite the years they have suffered, both are gentle and very sweet. Once outside on our walk, each wanted attention and enjoyed being petted/held. Each tested friendly meeting other dogs. Both need basic training and lots of TLC! Fred is more outgoing than George (timid). They will be shaved down soon and ready for TLC in foster homes. Soon they will be happy, healthy and gorgeous. New groomed photo and more info. to come.
Update: George was groomed and neutered. He now feels better. George is still nervous and shy. At our vet office, he was afraid of his vet exam. He needs a very experienced adult home for quiet time to relax while he learns he is safe. George gets really happy when he is with another dog, then he wants to play. So he needs another dog in his home for his happiness. His still working on building his confidence, but is doing very well in his foster home.
**Note: Adoption in SF Bay Area Only**
