Keo was adopted as a kitten in Aug. 2008, and was returned March 2014 due to loss of interest to care for her. Poor Keo has been thru a lot. She was found starving in the streets and raised as a bottle baby. Now that she is an adult, she is shy and needs time to adjust to feel safe. She is calm and a little timid. At her foster home, she likes looking out a window, comes for treats and likes being petted.
