Billy is a handsome sweet-heart.  Friendly, smart and affectionate.  Shelter staff love him.  He loves playing ball.  Will sit for treats and listens.  Passed all handling tests & enjoyed being hugged.  He likes to lean on person's legs.  Good with dogs his size.  He didn't like a smaller active male dog.  He is a love but needs an experienced guardian.  Billy needs exercise to shed some weight and perhaps have some fun in a dog sport.
