El Jefe is a brave and resilient 7-year-old Chihuahua who has overcome more than most dogs his age. His early years were filled with hardship, but despite everything he has a heart full of potential for love and trust. Though he may be little cautious at first, once he feels safe, he's incredibly loyal and thrives off gently affection and kindness. He loves to sit in your lap, and is very affectionate. You can either carry him or walk on a leash. He's looking for someone with time and patience.
