7/26/26: She is now in our foster home with 2 dogs and doing great. She needs a home with an attached fenced backyard.

6/15/26:  Holly was adopted from us March 2024.  Sadly, due to family changes, she now needs a new and hopefully forever home.  She is a sweetie and easy going.  She prefers a calm adult home with normal routine. 

Per her prior adopter: Holly is a joy! Funny, spirited and adorable. She is a very healthy and happy 5 year old Frenchton, which is combination French Bulldog and Boston Terrier. She is sociable with both humans and fellow dogs. Holly is very affectionate and loves to cuddle. She is also athletic and loves to play catch, although she is better at retrieving than returning She enjoys her exercise with 2 walks a day (20-25 minutes) with breaks to sniff and check out squirrels. She is a sweetie.

Original Posting from December 2023: Poor Holly was left at a very crowded shelter and she was very pregnant. She was nervous at the shelter but sweet with staff and vet for handling. Vet thinks she had puppies before.

12/1/23: Thanks to their volunteer transporter, from Modesto to our Gilroy foster home. Once she started to relax at her foster home, she went into labor and gave birth to 5 puppies. 2 girls and 3 boys. Whew! Just in time. She and her pups are all doing well and resting. Holly is very sweet and gentle. Mom and puppies are not available for 8 weeks and after vet care, end of Jan 2024. We are not sure if they are pure bred or mixes. More info. to come as they all relax and thrive.

1/6/24 Update: Holly is house trained and goes out doggie door where their puppy dog pen area is. She is friendly to sniff and meet other dogs. Didn’t play. Snuggly and playful with people. Very sweet.  She needs a home with attached fenced backyard.
