This Animal is PENDING ADOPTION.
Colter (watch my video!) was rescued on 7/20/11 from Los Banos Shelter (Merced county) when he was on PTS list. When he first arrived and at our vet office/boarding, he was passive and didn't know how to walk on a leash. He is friendly with people and loves treats.
Update: Colter is now living in a home and is doing great. He is ignores the cat. He is good hearted and soulful. Wants to please. He loves to play, play, play with other dogs. He jumps into all new experiences with joy and excitement. He listens really well to corrections and is still learning household manners. He is great on walks and has great leash manners. He is housetrained and knows some basic manners, like sit and down. He loves to snuggle on the couch or sprawl on his dog bed on the floor. He does need someone with some dog experience, but would make a great dog for someone who is new to the breed. Come meet him at our showcases and fall in love with this sweet, clumsy pup who just wants to be loved and love you in return. Check out my facebook page to see more photos and to find out what I'm up to.
